Contact us
Tell us whether you are using iPhone or Apple Watch, your app version, and what happened. You may include a screenshot after hiding anything private. Please do not send a password, one-time login code, or complete GPS route by email.
Account and privacy requests
For access, correction, or deletion of your account and synced workout data, email the same address from your account email if possible and describe your request. We may verify ownership before acting. The current test build's in-app account-deletion action is not yet operational; we are fixing it before public App Store submission. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Common questions
My run did not appear in Apple Health.
Check the app's Health permission in iOS Settings and whether the summary says the workout was saved. A workout can remain in Cheetah Run even if the optional Health write fails.
Can I change my training week?
Open Settings in the app and choose the week you want to start. Earlier run history remains in your lifetime totals.
How do I disconnect an AI assistant?
Disconnect in the assistant or on the Cheetah Run connector management website. If you cannot access either, email support.
